Pruning is necessary for trees to maintain strong structure and form. If the right pruning is performed from the start a tree should be low in maintenance and be a reduced safety hazard once it matures.
- Crown clearing/raising: Branches that overhang houses, parks or other public areas need to be assessed to determine whether they are safe. Branches that obstruct footpaths, driveways, electricity and phone lines are also hazardous and need to be removed. Also the amount of light let into a garden can be improved by thinning out the braches in a tree.
- Storm & weather damage: Falling trees and branches caused by storms can cause costly damage to your home, surrounding neighbours, or even your family! Be proactive and seek advice or maitenance from Kingdoms Tree Care!

Some of the work carried out by Coastal Tree Care

Although tree removal is a last resort, there are circumstances when it is necessary. We can help decide whether a tree should be removed.

Coastal Tree Care has the skills and equipment to safely and efficiently remove trees .Whether it be by crane , cherry-picker or ropes and pulleys using our industry specific lowering device which is capable of lowering and raising the largest of loads.

Removal is recommended when the tree:

- is dead or dying
- is considered irreparably hazardous
- is causing an obstruction that is impossible to correct through pruning
- is crowding and causing harm to other trees
- is to be replaced by a more suitable specimen
- is located in an area where new construction requires removal
